Our mailing list is held on a database of a system that the GDPR would call a third party data processor. They are processing the data controller’s data on their behalf. The system is run by US–based company who has become GDPR compliant.
You may access and edit the information held on the database by using the link supplied in the footer of each email or unsubscribe, at any time.
If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email subscription.

We do not store any of your personal information on this website server. Your personal data may be held off–line in a spreadsheet or in a GDPR compliant third party email database.
The society will not pass on your personal data without first obtaining your consent. By subscribing to the email subscription list online or submitting a signed membership application form and subsequent automatic subscription to the email subscription list, that is deemed acceptance for storage of your personal details by that particular third party.
